Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Once you hit that checkout button, your order is locked in—no changes, modifications, or cancellations are possible. If you’re unsure about something or need help before placing your order, just give us a shout HERE. We’re here to help with any questions or hiccups!
What's your return policy?
We totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out! You’ve got 14 days to return your item(s) after delivery. Just make sure it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags and all!). Oh, and don’t forget to keep that packaging intact—just as cute as when it arrived!
How do I start a return?
Easy-peasy! Just shoot us an email with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you the details on how to ship it back to us. Pro tip: hang on to that tracking info until we confirm your return!
Can I exchange my item?
Absolutely! If the size, color, or style isn’t quite right, you can exchange your item for another. The same 14-day window applies! Just let us know what you need, and we’ll get you sorted.
What about sale items?
Sale goodies are final sale—no returns or exchanges on those. So make sure you love it before you purchase it!
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You’ll see the funds back in your account soon after. Cha-ching!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is on you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can keep an eye on your package!
I received a damaged/defective item. What now?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us right away with your order number and some photos of the damage. We’ll get a replacement or refund sorted for you, ASAP!
